​As the Field Marketing Manager, I was tasked with supporting territory with GTM field marketing strategy, sales support & execution, event planning & execution, business development and new logo acquisition support and in territory campaign management.

*FY1997 - Branch Quota Attainment = 166%
*Built, delivered and executed Territory GTM Business Plan in support of 8 Field Representatives for FY1996 and FY1997 across 5 key verticals: Finance (Banking & Investments), Biotech, MedTech, SLED, Federal Government.
*Increased indirect sales channel partnerships by 40% resulting in 58% increase in territory revenue from channel partners in FY1997.
*Implemented first ever Territory Intranet Site for upstream reporting resulting in easy access to relevant plan, strategy and tactical information sharing at the regional and corporate levels. Territory BI before BI existed.

Scripps Clinic Medical group is a regional hospital network and medical group composed of nearly 400 Doctors, 4,000+ employees and 18 Hospital and Outpatient facilities throughout the San Diego region.

As the Operations Group Project Manager I was responsible for all major capital improvement and facility build/acquisition projects as well as the entire database of non IT Medical Equipment, all facility A/V Solutions projects and FF&E.

Key Accomplishments:

*Delivered over 30 Capital and Leasehold Facility Improvement projects over 16 month tenure - Total portfolio value over $15MM - 94% on-time rate, 98% on budget rate.
*Composed, executed and delivered inaugural Video Conferencing technology solution delivered over ISDN. Project met TCO objective within 4 months of completion, reducing inter-facility commute time by over 55%, enabling Physicians to devote more time to inpatient priorities and billable work.
*Executed Y2K Project Plan, leading a team of 20+, overseeing testing, data capture and documentation, inventory and remediation of over 4000 life sustaining biomedical devices with no incidents at roll-over.
